What are the boys into these days? Bob the Builder (a cartoon on Sprout) who wears a construction hat and has a crew that does jobs around Sunflower Valley. Gaines refers to himself as Farmer Pickles. Will will let you know that he is "Farmer Joe." Gaines now only refers to Nonni and Poppy as Wendy and Bob (Wendy is Bob's assistant). He has the best imagination, maybe it is his age but he is very much into role-playing. Nonni found the boys an entire sackful of tools at a yard sale so they have plenty to wear in their tool belts or pants if they cannot find their belts. They will hammer on anything to "fix it" for hours. I promise it is not annoying at all. Gaines also has it in his head that Poppy is going to build him a real tree house so he has asked his Dad to make some extra money to pay for it. Garrick handed Gaines pretend money for his supplies and he replied, "No, Daddy I need real money." He also called Nonni and informed her that she needed to purchase mud, wood, and logs. He is very detailed-oriented, wonder who he gets that from?!?
