Another great day at the beach! It was so nice to wake up and have real food and groceries. Made it a little more normal. The boys ate their breakfast on the porch and they thought they were big stuff. I will never be able to re-train these privileged children! I woke up and went walking and even jogged for half of it. It was so humid but I did it. That will burn off one piña colada today. We headed to the beach and the weather was wonderful. The boys still wanted to be at the pool but we managed to keep them out there for a couple of hours. Poppy of course was waterlogged because he doesn't like the "nasty" sand. He is flipping all around the ocean pretending to be a shark. Will went and got the "surf board" and wanted to surf. We convinced the boys to boogy board. Gaines got up on the board and then got scared but Will got on with me out there with Poppy (he doesn't trust Poppy too much) and he did it! Rode the waves in twice! Then I think he swallowed too much salt water and was done but he still did it! The jelly fish are really out which we should have never mentioned to Gaines. Every time we were in the ocean, he would remember and start screaming "jellyfish!" The water was amazing, crystal clear. We stayed at the pool before lunch and the boys would have stayed in forever. They did nap and then we promised them the pool after naptime. These boys were crazy! I bet they jumped in at least 600 times. Gaines would say, "Watch this ladies...CANNONBALL." Will would just dive in BELLY first. Nonni made us spaghetti and we were starving! We took the boys to the playground in our complex to play before bedtime. I am really in love with our little set-up here. It really is perfect for us.
